The much anticipated Pasta Bar at Sbisa is now open and finished its first day strong. I had a lot of fun cooking alongside James as we cranked out one custom pasta bowl after another. We served over 200 bowls of pasta for dinner. We’re working on a nice garlic bread to go along with it. On Friday we’ll have fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp (one of my personal best) as a special, so don’t miss out. Also coming soon – my own Southwestern pasta creation, cilantro pesto with grilled chicken. We’re having fun at Sbisa cooking pasta, so come check us out.
